How do I order kratom in Thailand?+
Choose a 100g product, add it to your cart, then enter the delivery details at checkout. Review the complete order before submitting it.
Do you use a shopping cart?+
Yes. Add every product and quantity to the cart first. Checkout sends one complete order with your delivery details.
Can I order directly through WhatsApp?+
Yes. The simplest route is to build the cart first, because the WhatsApp message then includes the products, quantities and delivery details in one place. You can also contact support before ordering if you only have a question.
Which products are available?+
The current kratom range includes Green, Red, White, Maeng Da, and Bali listings. Each product page shows the current 100g pack and price in baht.
When is stock confirmed?+
We check stock after receiving the complete cart. If a product or quantity is not available, we tell you before payment or dispatch.
How do I pay?+
Submit the order first. After the products, stock and delivery details have been checked, payment instructions are confirmed with you. Do not send payment before the order is reviewed.
Where do you deliver?+
Tracked delivery is available throughout Thailand. Enter the full address and a reachable phone number at checkout so we can confirm the delivery charge and expected timing.
Can you deliver to a hotel, island or rural address?+
Include the hotel name, room or booking name, full island or rural address, province, postcode and a reachable phone number. We will check what the carrier can accept before payment.
Will I receive tracking?+
Yes. Tracking information is shared after dispatch. The carrier can take time to register the first scan.
Is delivery discreet?+
Orders are packed discreetly. Delivery timing and any handoff instructions depend on the destination and are checked with the order.
What does the 1.93% result mean?+
A reference sample tested at 1.93% mitragynine. The document is available on request. The result applies to that sample and is not a promise that every harvest or product will be identical.
Is kratom legal in Thailand?+
Thailand regulates kratom under the Kratom Plant Act B.E. 2565 (2022). Different rules can apply to sale, processing, advertising, export, and customer age. Check the current rules for your intended use and destination.
Do you make medical or wellness claims?+
No. A product name or colour category is not a promise that it will treat a condition or produce a particular effect.
